CNC Managed Services

CDS offers multiple service levels of CNC Managed Services support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. You choose the services that fit your needs and budget. We don't offer set "bundles" providing you with services you either don't want or don't need. Our offering is based on the very specifics of your organization. Some service level options include 8 to 5, 24-hour, emergency, onsite, and off-site.

• System audit with written recommendations
• Security audit with written recommendations

Performance Tuning

• Apply best-practice performance tuning adjustments
• Review and make recommendations for database/operating system changes
