Project Management Tools

Our web-based 24x7 Customer Workspace empowers clients to monitor every aspect of ongoing projects in a self-service mode over the internet. These workspace reports give our clients visibility to the project plan, resource scheduling, issue log, consultant activity detail reports, status reports, and budget versus actual tracking.

Our web-based Self-Service Financial Portal is available to access billing history, A/R, and provides downloadable reports of past invoices.

Weekly electronic invoices are distributed to all requested client contacts (CFO, PM, etc.) ensuring that client management is continuously informed of project expenditures.
